RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS:
If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Not doing so will result in a forfeit of your deposit fee and require a new $50 deposit to secure a new appointment. Any no shows will result in a 50% charge of the service scheduled and will be non-refundable. Any no shows will be blacklisted.
LATE POLICY:
Anything more than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
DEPOSITS: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book any service. Deposits are non-refundable under ANY circumstances. Deposits will transfer to next appointment so long as the reschedule/cancelation policy has been followed. If you choose to cancel or reschedule within LESS THAN 48 hours of your appointment that will result in a loss of the $50 deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. All deposits will be applied to your procedure cost and the remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: Any promotions are limited time only. If you reschedule your appointment for any reason and pricing has changed, the promotional pricing will no longer be available.
